  • For canvas prints, wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to clean. For giclée prints, the matte finish is very susceptible to scratches. As such, you are encouraged to immediately frame your giclée print as soon as you unbox it to protect it from dust, dirt, and other damage.

  • My canvas prints are digitally printed onto acid-free, textured, and fade-resistant canvas made with solid wood stretcher bars. Giclée prints are printed onto archival, acid-free, heavy matte paper.

  • My art is varnished with a professional finish that is tough and durable enough to last decades. I like to gently use a soft white microfiber cloth to keep my art clean. If that does not remove the dirt and grime, I recommend you consult a professional art restoration service or send an email to dani@idkartco.com.

    I cannot be held responsible for damage to artwork or prints caused by mishandling.

  • I currently only accept Paypal at this time. PayPal will allow you to securely pay using a credit card, even if you don’t have an account. All shop prices are CAD.

    1. You should receive a confirmation email from dani@idkartco.com. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.

    2. Prints or Printed Items: The products you see on my website are made when you order them. If you plan to give your purchase as a gift, I suggest allowing 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, especially during busy times.

    3. Originals: If you're in Canada or the United States, please expect your delivery to arrive within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the listing.

    4. You'll receive another email after your purchase has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number, so you can track your order online.

    5. Delivery: If you won't be able to pick up your art immediately, please make sure to have it shipped to a secure location. I cannot be held responsible if your item was lost, stolen, or destroyed after it was delivered to the provided address. See my refund policy here.

  • In addition to the cost of the artwork, and if you are located outside North America, taxes or import duties could be levied directly by your government.

  • Shipping & Handling is included in the purchase price. If you’re looking for to order in bulk, please email me at dani@idkartco.com.

  • At this time my store only ships to the United States and Canada. Please contact me for a custom listing if you’d like art shipped to another country.

  • Generally, I use Canada Post or USPS, although at times I’m unable to control which carrier will be used. Your shipment confirmation email will come with a tracking number for you to monitor the status of your order.

    Original artworks will be shipped insured via Canada Post.
