All sales are final, except for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, and/or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

If your order is damaged, please immediately contact me with a clear image of the defect. You can email me at dani@idkartco.com. I will happily arrange a replacement sent to you at no cost.

Shipping

Please have your bubbly mailed to a secure location if you will be unable to pick it up immediately. Your shipment confirmation email will come with a tracking number for you to monitor the status of your order. Dani Sherman cannot be held responsible if the item was left at the provided address and was lost, stolen, or destroyed. Dani Sherman is also not responsible for orders where the incorrect address is supplied. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Handling

Prints are as vibrant as they are delicate. You should take special care to avoid any contact with water, oils, or mist. Please make certain that your hands are clean, dry, and oil-free before touching your print and handle as minimally as possible before framing or hanging. To clean your art, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Be sure to be gentle, so as not to scratch the image.

Dani Sherman cannot be held responsible for damage to prints caused by mishandling.
